1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YTIAAS ("Service"), operated by Yah Technologies, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YTIAAS provides automated infrastructure deployment and management services, including:

• Automated deployment pipelines
• Infrastructure monitoring and management
• Database and storage provisioning
• Security and authentication services
• Email and communication infrastructure
• Custom automation solutions

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing options available with discount.

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
• Host or distribute illegal content
• Resell the Service without authorization

6. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Service Level Agreement

For Business and Enterprise plans:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for core services
• Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA
• Planned maintenance windows with advance notice
• Priority incident response and resolution

8. Data Ownership and Portability

• You retain all rights to your data
• We claim no ownership over your content
• You can export your data at any time
• Upon termination, data will be available for 30 days

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yah Technologies, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YTIAAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yah Technologies, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• We may suspend or terminate immediately for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement with at least 30 days notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
